although i had already re installed my network adapter after uninstalling the AV. I did found "upper filter" under my registry but cant find any protocol or service named like Avira or AV under network adapters.
so, definitely its some blocking - I checked and re installed NIC under network adapter. I tried ping but its not pinging to the websites.
There is one on Avira's website but its again asking for internet - Good point. But problem is that i don't have internet on that PC and I cant find the Offline installer of Avira Internet Security. but rest of the sites are not Donnelly - Thats the only thing left to be done.
